The national theme for summer reading sponsored by the American Library Association
To encourage the children to keep reading during the summer the Mason Public Library is having a series of programs during July on Wednesday mornings starting at 10:30am.
FIZZ BOOM READ Story Times — 10:30 -11:30 at the Mason Public Library
CHILDREN AND THEIR CARE GIVERS (youngsters through Grade 1) will meet outside at the picnic tables, Weather permitting. We will meet inside during inclement weather. Ms. Denise or Ms. Sue will read stories. There also will be songs and projects for the children.
FIZZ BOOM READ Activity Time — 10:30 to Noon at the Mason Town Hall
CHILDREN ATTENDING GRADE 2 AND BEYOND can join Ms. Judy for as series of science based activities and demonstrations to wow imaginations.
The Noon Book Group will be taking a break during June, July, and August. We will resume in September on the third Tuesday of the month. We will update on the chosen book soon. Copies of the book will be available in August.
Summer Reading Lists for Grades 6,7, and 8 are in the Library.
We have a limited selection of books for each grade level. If books are borrowed, please return the books as soon as possible so that other students may borrow the books
