January 19 Stranded Motorist – Mason Highway reported a disabled Jeep Grand Cherokee, color white, in the roadway in a dangerous location by 59 Brookline Rd. The vehicle was located, the registered owner could not be located. Maillet’s Towing responded to remove the vehicle which was a road hazard. The owner was eventually located at 80 Brookline Rd. and was made aware of the tow. Subject came out while Maillet’s was hooking the vehicle and stated it was his car and he lived at 80 Brookline Rd. He had two pit bulls, one all tan, one tan and white, no tags or collars, running at large. He was warned to have dogs registered asap and to keep them under control. Subject is suspended but said his girlfriend had been the driver.

Assist New Ipswich PD — Assisted Ofc. Swalko of New Ipswich PD with an arrest warrant and search warrant at an Abbott Hill Rd. residence for RP. RP was not home.

January 22 Assist New Ipswich PD — Ofc. Morrison requested assistance with a male person he was seeking to arrest that took refuge in his home. Rendered assistance as needed.

January 23 Fraud – A Mitchell Hill Rd. resident reports that a bank transaction, through her TD Bank account, was attempted in the state of MS for $2,450. The RP believed that her bank information was obtained from a recent check sent to a relative in Wilbraham, MA. Several of her relatives have had similar actions. The RP was advised no other incident that suggested the crime occurred in Mason. The matter was filed for police information and to assist the RP with any investigation requirements that TD Bank may have.

February 3 Police Information –With the assistance of the Nashua PD, the listed RP was taken into custody on a felony arrest warrant for Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon and transported to the Hills – borough Cty. Jail, being held on $5,000 cash bail set.

February 4 Suspicious Person/Vehicle/Incident – RP reports a white pickup truck on Hurricane Hill Rd. with a male operator who was possibly intoxicated. Area was checked, no white pickup truck was located.

February 5 Indecent Exposure – The RP received a report that several male persons were running about in the nude in the area of 476 Depot Rd. Unable to locate persons involved.

Warrant–Criminal/Civil – The listed RP, Joseph E. Porter of 19 New London Ave., W. Warwick, RI, was identified during an investigation involving indecent exposure and was found to have an electronic bench warrant for his arrest for default of court. RP was taken into custody, released on cash bail and ordered to appear in Milford District Court on March 5.

Warrant–Criminal/Civil – The listed RP, Jesse A. Fugere of 19 Hope St., Warwick, RI, was identified during an investigation involving indecent exposure and was found to have an electronic bench warrant for his arrest for default of court. RP was taken into custody, released on cash bail and ordered to appear in Milford District Court on March 5.

February 8 Fraud – A Mitchell Hill Rd. resident reports a subject not known to her attempted to cash a check on her account number in Michigan. Check was either purchased or created by the suspect and is not from RP’s checks.

February 11 Paper Service – Attempted to locate RP at Brookline Rd. for serve of a protection order sent to our station by the Groton, MA PD. Spoke with property owner and was advised RP is living/staying with her, though he was at work. Contacted the Groton PD and advised them accordingly.
